Terms of service

Last updated September 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of Parkly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up, keep your password secure, and notify us if you suspect your account has been compromised. One account is intended for one contractor workspace.

Cost

Parkly has a free plan and paid plans (Solo and Team); what each one includes and what it costs is listed under Account → Plan. Nothing is charged through this site: a paid plan is arranged directly with us, and no charge is ever made without your explicit consent. You can end a paid plan at any time by writing to us.

Acceptable use

Don't use Parkly to plan anything illegal, upload content you don't own, reverse-engineer the service, or share accounts between unrelated parties. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Your content

You keep all rights to the parking-lot geometry and photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, display, and transmit that content as needed to run the service for you.

No warranty

Parkly is provided as-is. The stall counts, painted-length estimates, and material calculations are best-effort and should be verified on site before quoting a fixed price or ordering paint. We are not liable for discrepancies discovered during actual striping work.

Liability cap

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount, if any, you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. We're not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec. Any dispute must be brought in the courts of the district of Shefford, unless mandatory consumer-protection law says otherwise.
