Email support@goparkly.ca. We answer in French or English, Monday to Friday, usually within one business day. Tell us what you were trying to do and on which device — that is almost always what is missing to reproduce the problem.
Your account
Forgot your password: use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page. To change your email, correct your listing or close your account, write to support@goparkly.ca and we will take care of it.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are arranged with our team: write to support@goparkly.ca. Your receipts are under Account → Subscription → Invoices. There is no purchase inside the app.
Your data
To access, correct or delete your personal information, write to privacy@goparkly.ca. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and why.
What you need to use Parkly
An account and an internet connection. The iOS app shows the same product as the website: what you draw on the phone is immediately on the desktop, and the other way round.
